FenxLabs provides FenxARC™, an AI routing and governance platform, and FenxChat, a consumer AI chat interface. This notice explains the accessibility approach for the digital interfaces that FenxLabs controls and how to ask for assistance or report a barrier.
This notice covers the public website at fenxarc.com and FenxLabs-controlled web interfaces used to access FenxARC™ and FenxChat. These interfaces allow users to review service information, create and access accounts, use available product features and, where offered, manage subscriptions and payments. It does not describe interfaces created or controlled solely by a customer or an independent third party.
FenxLabs uses standard web technologies and seeks to support browser and operating-system accessibility features and assistive technologies. Its design, development and review practices include:
WCAG 2.2 Level AA is the design and testing reference used by FenxLabs. FenxLabs has not completed a comprehensive independent assessment of every interface and does not represent that every part of its services conforms to WCAG or another accessibility standard.
Accessibility can depend on the feature, device, browser and assistive technology used. This notice describes the current approach and assessment coverage; it is not a certification, warranty or guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or barrier-free in every environment.
The public marketing site received a focused development review during August 2026. Authenticated product interfaces, FenxChat and complex interactive tools have not yet received an assessment of equivalent scope. Barriers may therefore exist that have not been identified in this notice.

FenxLabs reviews accessibility reports and prioritises confirmed barriers according to their impact. Response and remediation times depend on the information provided, technical complexity and third-party dependencies.
