A router you can check for yourself

FenxARC™ began as a privacy-first router. The Hosted Platform runs on a zero-access architecture. Queries and responses pass through the router in encrypted form, and FenxLabs does not access, read, inspect or decrypt query content. What FenxLabs processes is the routing metadata a service needs to run and to bill: timestamps, model selections and token counts.

Five steps from request to approved route

Policy determines which models, tools and route options are permitted. ARC ranks only those permitted options.

A list groups the models, tools and rules approved for a team or use case.

    Run the route

    Execute

Execute the highest-ranked approved route. If none qualifies, stop the request.

    • Direct route
    • Composed route

Unauthorised requests are blocked before any tokens are consumed.

  • Someone can have access to more than one list, and any single request runs inside one of them. Access is never pooled across lists.
  • Omit the model and ARC scores the request and routes it.
  • Name a model and the request goes there instead of being routed. Pinning is bounded by the model lists assigned to the key in use.
Evaluated per request. Invisible to your application.
See how a request is handled

FenxLabs takes no margin on your inference

FenxLabs resells no inference and holds no commercial relationship with any model vendor. The router has no commercial reason to prefer one destination over another.

  • Inference stays a direct relationship between you and your providers, at their rates. We take no margin on it.
  • The ARC fee does not change with the destination a request takes.

Each provider you approve arrives with its own terms, data controls and charges, and those remain yours to review.

What it costs

You define what private means, ARC enforces it

ARC keeps privacy evaluation in the routing decision, but your organisation defines what private means. Apply that policy across model routing or to a specific list, and ARC enforces it before ranking a route.

  • Which models and tools exist in the pool
  • What your organisation counts as private, and how each class is handled
  • What logic applies per use case
  • Which departments and roles may reach which models
  • What the cost and residency guardrails are
  • Which destination takes over when one fails

Name a category your organisation works with, define the conditions that make a request match, then choose the model, model group or deployment approved for that work.

What a matched rule may require
  • Route normally
  • Private destination
  • Redact
  • Shield
  • Decompose and recombine
  • Block
  • Privacy is settled before anything is ranked. It decides which models and tools may take the request at all, and ranking only orders what is left.
  • A cost objective reorders routes that already meet your privacy policy. It cannot reach one that does not.
  • A rule you write is evaluated from the day you write it, and whether it changes a routing decision is a separate switch. Watch it against real traffic before you let it enforce anything.
Explore model governance

Deployment decides where handling runs

The policy model is the same wherever ARC runs. What changes is where the handling executes: on the Self-hosted Licence it can run entirely inside your own environment before anything reaches an external provider, and a hosted deployment performs the same workflow inside a different trust boundary.

Hosted Platform

The Hosted Platform runs on a zero-access architecture. Queries and responses pass through the router in encrypted form, and FenxLabs does not access, read, inspect or decrypt query content.

What FenxLabs processes is the routing metadata a service needs to run and to bill: timestamps, model selections and token counts.

ARC does not retain or log request data beyond what you configure. On the Hosted Platform the router holds the operational metadata it needs to make a routing decision and to bill the call.

Your data is not used to train or fine-tune any model.

Managed Service

What crosses which boundary is decided in the design and written down before anything is deployed. We do not assume it.

Self-hosted Licence

On the Self-hosted Licence, ARC request handling runs inside infrastructure you control.

A request sent to an external model or tool leaves for that destination. ARC cannot make an external destination part of your private network.

ARC controls what each provider is sent. What a provider then retains or trains on is set by that endpoint and its terms, not by the router.

What ARC leaves to you

This supports your compliance position. It does not deliver compliance on its own, and any vendor who says otherwise is selling you a problem for later.

ARC governs how users, applications and agents access models, tools and approved data sources. It does not govern an agent's reasoning, planning, application logic, runtime or business accountability.

What this site publishes, and what it does not

ARC is live in commercial deployments. What sits in the published column is checkable from this site today, and what sits beside it has to be asked for.

Published here
  • Product mechanics, including the decision sequence and the policy checks
  • The three deployment options and what each one changes
  • What each offer is billed on, and how to get it quoted
  • The entity, the registration and the legal policies
Not published here
  • Named customer case studies, testimonials or reviews
  • Benchmark results or a public benchmark repository
  • Certifications or audit reports
  • Service-level commitments
  • A routing-latency figure

Ask for the security, reliability, operational and contractual evidence your evaluation needs. Material moves into the published column once it is approved and can be kept current.

No delivery dates. A date we miss costs more than no date.
